• All requests and bookings must be confirmed by email, our email address:  info@ancientegypttrip.com 
• The confirmation and final tour program will specify Includes and excludes services
• Published Prices are valid for the current season Except for peak periods either  Xmas, New year, or Easter periods, please contact us to receive the supplement.
• Bookings are subject to hotel/cruise/boat availabilities, in case the hotel is fully booked a suitable alternative of the same offered Standard and quality hotel will be booked.
• Hotels, airlines, extra nights, and extra tours are available upon request.

Children Policy: 

• Children from 00 to 5.99 years old are Free, 
• Children from 6 to 11.99 years old are 50 % from adult rates,
• Children sharing parents’ room without extra bed, in case the extra bed is requested there will be a supplement.

Payment Policy

• 25% deposit payment is requested upon signing up for your chosen package through our bank account or another way of payment is easier for you

• The balance due of 75% is requested one month before the arrival, our operations team will be sent you an online payment invoice to settle the balance due then you will be receiving all travel documents related to your trip. 

Tipping advice 

• The tip is not included in the trip price and is expected, so all the working staff is expecting to be tipping and this if you were satisfied with your trip/services and of course, will advise you later the tipping figure.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations should be in writing and be acknowledgeable by our team, the cancellation charges are as follows:

• No cancelation fees from our side but hotels, cruises will apply cancelation fees as below:
• Cancellation received before Arrival more than 60 days, there will be only 10% deducted as administrative fees.
• 60-31 Days will be against 50% cancellation fees of the total package Amount.
• 30-15 days will be against 75% cancellation fees of the total package Amount.
• Less than 15 days will be against 80% cancellation fees.
• No show will be 100% cancellation fees.
